Free Shipping
The Originals Walk offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe with no minimum purchase required. For customers who prefer faster delivery, we also offer an express shipping option for $4.99 (US) or £4.99 (UK).

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options. Standard Shipping is free and delivers within 5 to 15 business days after processing. Express Shipping costs $4.99 (or £4.99 for UK orders) and delivers within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or carrier delays.

Carriers
Orders to the United States are shipped via USPS. Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders to Europe are shipped via standard international carrier.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. You can track your order at any time at theoriginalswalk.com/apps/17TRACK. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

Customs and Duties
Customers may be responsible for applicable import duties or taxes depending on their country.
